Day 4 Activity 2 Week 1



This is what we had to do For this activity you are asked to choose one of your favourite foods. On your blog, write the name of your favourite food and then tell us how to make it. You may need to ask a family member, friend or Google (!) for help, if you do not normally make this food for yourself.


My favourite food has to be burgers.

1: Transfer to bowl















2: Add Sirloin, Salt and Pepper.




3: Gently blend shape into four round, flat patties.





4: Broil or grill burgers until a meat thermometer registers 160'F, about 5 minute per side






5: Serve burgers with lettuce and tomato on toasted English muffins, with fries on the side.

    YUM! I really love burgers too, they are so versatile (being adaptable for different functions). For example, if you have them for dinner, you can each choose which fillings you want in your burger. I really like how you have added the photos of each step and the process. Someone who struggles to follow the recipe can clearly see what to do! What do you like putting in your burgers? I like putting cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, tomato sauce and mayonnaise!
