This is what I had to do On your blog, write out each fact and in CAPITAL LETTERS beside the fact, write the word ‘TRUE’ if it is a true fact or ‘FALSE’ if it is not true.True or False?




Question:

Fish Fact #1: The oldest known fish in the world is a 65 year old Australian lungfish. (False)

Real:The world's oldest-known aquarium fish is knowen as Granddad. (True) 

Fish Fact #2: Sharks are the only fish that have eyelids. (False)

Real: There are other fish the have eyelids. ( True )

Fish Fact #3: Starfish are a type of fish.( False )

Real: Starfish is NOT a fish. (True)

Fish Fact #4: Fish communicate with each other by making low-pitched sounds (moans, hisses, etc) (False)

Real: Croaking gourami make their signature noise by snapping the tendons of their pectoral fins. (True)

Fish Fact #5: Fish usually swim together in groups called ‘classes. ( Fales )

Real:Fish usually swim together in groups called School or Shoal. ( True )

    Well done on getting all the answers correct! I didn’t know starfish aren’t actually fish! I did some research.. Did you know that starfishes are related to sea cucumbers? And that if they lose an arm to a predator, they can actually just grow a new one! How awesome is that!
