My option to explore Milford Sound is by boat.
Because Milford Sound is known by marine life and sea life.

You have told us which of the three ways to explore Milford Sound you would choose and why, ka pai. I'm sure you would be able to see the amazing sights of the mountains as well as the marine life, good choice. If you are really wanting to see the marine life up close anf personal perhaps you could go diving (if it's allowed and safe).
Perhaps next time you could talk about what you would be looking forward to most on your trip. Think about what you'd be most excited to see or do on your trip to Milford Sound. Would you try kayaking?
If I had the choice I would take the helicopter, I love seeing things from a birds eye view. Land looks like very bold patches of colour and the lined patterns in the earth are an amazing sight to see. It reminds me of when I was last travelling on an airplane back to Aotearoa from my motherland Samoa. Good times! I want to go back!
