Extra Work: Longitude and Latitude of Countries

Task Description: Since Simon and I got to take our Chromebooks home we deiced to make up our own task. What we did was I got to pick 4 country and Simon got to pick 4 countries with those country we had to find out the longitude and the latitude of the country's then we had to take a screenshot of that country on google earth then to top it off we had to write facts about the country. This was loads of fun and we finished it fast because we worked really well.

Task Description: For this writing task we had to pick for of our most favourite places. Then we had to pick one that was our most favourite place and then we had to tell the readers why that is your favourite place. Then on the last page we had to pick 4 things from that photo and tell the viewers what you like about that thing.

This is my 3rd Reading task for this week. This was a lot more harder then the last two but I finished it. I was rushing because I wanted to finish this so I could move on to my next fun task. I love to challenge my mind. Also It was hard because I had to share books with my friend and we kept on getting words but then losing it. This was super fun.

Task description:
For this writing task it was all about writing like a year 6. I loved this because I got to write about a certain thing a do detailed writing about it. This was super fun to do but I had to get a little more time to finish the last page.

Animation: Directions Across The School

This is my animation for Term 2. This term I theme is I like your latitude. For my movie I'm showing you the direction across the school. I loved this animation because I finished it fast and also I love the background's that I drew to me It was so cool. I hope you like my animation for this term. I just love to do animations. This was a lot more challenging then the last ones because I always got mixed up with North and South and West and East. ENJOY IT.

40 Hour Famine

Last week on Friday a group of kids slept at school to do the 40 hour famine. This was all organised by Mrs Lagitupu. The reason why we did the 40 hour famine is so that we can help the people in South Sudan. We are helping the people because they don't have things that we have they don't have clean water, they don't have enough food. not enough school supplies they might not even have a school. Sometimes when they go drink they drink the same water that the animals drink. 

My highlights from the 40 hour famine was when we did the items because even when my team came last I still won because I helped the winning team win. So basically they said that I won i was so happy because when it is a dancing competition I get really really competitive. It felt nice when I was on the winning team. Another highlight from the 40 hour famine is that when all the girls went in the creative space I was the only girl in the hall and I was lucky enough that I got to play with then microphone and do weird nosies. It was so Fun. Also the only thing that we could drink and eat was Just Juice, Water and Barley Sugar.
